Cupid’s Cafe
If you’re thinking about hosting Galentine’s for you and your besties this year — we curated the perfect mix of celebration, intention and love. I introduce to you . . Cupid’s Café.
The Intention
When brainstorming this, we wanted to create something intentional—a gathering that felt warm, welcoming, and pressure-free. A morning coffee shop pop-up felt like the perfect way to do that. No late-night commitments, no expectation to drink—just a space to drop by, sip something delicious, and enjoy slow, meaningful conversation.
We started by creating invites for all our friends and once those were sent off, the work began. We grabbed all kinds of pink and wispy green florals to decorate the kitchen — some to hang, some for vases, some for garnishing. To prepare for our latte station, we made homemade strawberry syrup for the matchas and rose syrup for the lattes. We even hand drew a sign on kraft paper to let everyone know what was on the menu!
Into The Kitchen
When it came to the food, everything had to be heart shaped or pink . . We made heart shaped danishes with strawberries, piped beet cream cheese on sourdough toast, filled chocolate covered dates with nut butter and put together a butter board with strawberry jam and dried rose petals! One of our chefs brought a vanilla buttermilk cake and we topped it with thyme and pomegrante seeds (a genius way to make little roses). And then we just grabbed pastries from our favorite local organic bakery to make it easy. 💌✨
Sending Love
We also wanted to create a space for intention so we had a love letter station— filled with all the stationary you need to write letters to your friends, lovers, crushes, family… whoever you choose to send extra love to this season. Every detail was made with love!
Hosting doesn’t have to be complicated because even a few thoughtful details go a long way. What really made this entire café pop-up come to life wasn’t the decor, it was the people, you just need a warm space to connect!
Eat well, feel well, and stay Lighthearted!
With love,
